You’ll learn how to practice curiosity, deepen your self-compassion, and deploy simple tools to calm your breathing. You’ll learn to notice and name when you’re experiencing two common Jewish anxiety patterns. You’ll also learn how to meet difficult moments with curiosity, awareness, and new habits. Unlearning Jewish Anxiety can help you suffer less and live with more joy.
This course is for people 15 and older.
