EIHC Pediatrics Expansion

Our Goal

The purpose of Eastern Iowa Health Center’s (EIHC) expanded Pediatric Clinic is to improve critical access to needed medical care for individuals aged 0 months to 21 years who may struggle with having the financial resources to afford care. Our plan is to increase our on-staff Pediatricians from 2.5 to 5, doubling the amount of care that can be provided. Furthermore, we will expand from 7 pediatric exam rooms to 15, more than doubling the space that we have in our current Pediatric center.

We are confident that this expansion will allow us to increase the care that is needed for pediatric populations within Linn County and our other four service areas.
