I'm Still Here

Criteria

I'm Still Here: Exploring Mental Wellness seeks to showcase the resiliency we have in the face of difficult situations, and people's ability to recover and grow in the aftermath. In these trying times, it is important to highlight the beauty that can still be found in day to day life, even if the world feels increasingly hard to navigate. It is also important to reflect on the coping skills art can impart on people, be it the catharsis of creation or something more structured, like art therapy. The show is open to interpretation, but some examples of subjects include survival, growth, and grief.

Themes: Mental wellness, recovery, resilience, overcoming obstacles
