This is the registration form for the first year of the Be Mitzvah Program, corresponding with the 26-27 calendar. If you need to register more than one student in this cohort, please submit a second form for your second child.

Tuition Payment

Open Tent Be Mitzvah is intended to be a two-year program. Tuition over the two-year program is $7500. To secure your student's spot in the program, we require a nonrefundable $200 deposit towards this total. After this form is processed you will receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your payment plan, either to pay in full or 20 installments starting in September. YOUR ENROLLMENT ISN'T COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE SET UP YOUR PAYMENT PLAN. A $100 Early Bird discount is automatically deducted for those who register before May 20, 2026.
