What You'll Be Doing
Volunteers help assemble Student Readiness Kits filled with essential school supplies such as pencils, notebooks, folders, crayons, and other classroom basics. Every kit packed helps ensure a child has the tools they need to succeed on the first day of school.
Why It Matters
This year, The Empty Stocking Fund will distribute 60,000 Student Readiness Kits to children across Georgia. Your volunteer shift helps students walk into the classroom prepared with the supplies and confidence they need to learn and thrive.
Before You Sign Up
By registering to volunteer, you agree to ESF's Volunteer Release Form .
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Most volunteer activities take place in our warehouse, which is not climate controlled. If it's hot outside, it will likely be hot inside. If it's cold outside, it may be chilly inside. Please dress appropriately for the weather and consider bringing a water bottle.
