The Kansas Campaign Finance Act permits Kansans for Life Political Action Committee (KFL PAC) to accept contributions to its State PAC of any amount from any Individual, Corporation, Partnership, Trust, Political Action Committee (PAC), Party Committee, Organization or Association.

Contributions to the KFL PAC are NOT tax-deductible.

Prefer to contribute by check? Make check payable to Kansans for Life State PAC. Mail to P.O. Box 4749, Wichita, KS 67204. Please include your occupation on the memo line.

Kansans for Life and KFL PAC respect your privacy. All information you provide will be kept secure and only used by Kansans for Life or KFL PAC. Occasionally, we rent our mailing list to pro-life candidates. Pro-life candidates may send their letters to a third-party mailing company. KFL PAC then sends the rented list to the mailing company with one-time use instructions. Candidates are never given the list. Therefore, you may receive a letter from a pro-life candidate, but the candidate will not receive any identifying information about you from Kansans for Life or KFL PAC.

Contributions given through this system go to the KFL State PAC. If you wish to contribute to the KFL Federal PAC, please call 800.928.5433 Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., or email pac@kfl.org with your request to make a contribution to the KFL Federal PAC. When making an email request for contributing to the KFL Federal PAC, include a call-back phone number.
