Sarah Worsham
Collin Campuses Director

I became a Christian through God’s work in FOCUS at Collin College back in 2008. I was a student there, and the community I found through FOCUS introduced me to Jesus in a way that transformed my life. Now I serve as the Campus Director at Collin College, the very place where my journey with Jesus began.

Since joining staff in 2013, I’ve served in Denton, Arlington, and now Plano, helping to build Christ-centered communities on campus. Over the years, I’ve led small groups, mentored student leaders, taught the Bible, and walked alongside young adults as they explore faith, develop deep friendships, and grow into lifelong disciples. I’ve seen God change lives in every season, just like He changed mine.

In my current role, I get to invest in students and staff by casting vision, teaching Scripture, and raising up new leaders. I love seeing students come to know Jesus, often for the first time, and then watch them step into ministry themselves—sometimes on their campus, sometimes far beyond it.

My passion is helping young people build a solid foundation of faith that will carry them through life and equip them to serve the church for decades to come. I’m playing the long game, and I’m grateful to be part of what God is doing through FOCUS at Collin and across DFW.
