Paul Ueng
Director of Administration

Paul graduated from the University of Washington in 2015 with a bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering. After moving to Texas in 2016, it took 4 years before he felt led to join FOCUS in an official capacity as an administrator. Though completely unrelated to his degree, he felt God calling him to this position through his good friend, Brandon.

As an administrator for FOCUS, he has his hands in a lot of pies—whether that's making sure the website isn't down, supporting the campus pastors in their fundraising, auditing payroll, planning events like Winter Retreat or SICM, or processing a monthly account reconciliation. (Basically, everything else.)

Paul married his wonderfully supportive wife, Stephanie, in 2021 and they had a beautiful baby girl, Lilian, in 2025! You can probably find him scheming to get people together to do something fun, like hanging out over a meal, playing volleyball, or watching a musical at Fair Park.
