Cathryn Turner
Campus Missionary

I grew up in the DFW area and came to the University of Texas at Dallas to study biology, but what I walked away with was far more life-changing than my degree. During my freshman year, I got connected with FOCUS and encountered Jesus in a whole new way. He reshaped my heart, renewed my vision of who He is, and gave me a deep love for campus ministry.

Now I serve as a campus missionary at the University of North Texas, where I help students find authentic community and be transformed by the gospel. I love getting to disciple students and help them learn how to disciple others-planting seeds of faith that can impact not just their college years, but the rest of their lives and the generations that follow.

I spend my days studying scripture with students, mentoring young leaders, and helping build a community where people meet Jesus and are equipped to serve Him for the long haul.
