Asa Miller
Campus Missionary Apprentice

Asa Miller will serve as an Apprentice with FOCUS at Southern Methodist University starting this fall, where he is passionate about helping students encounter Jesus and grow in close, authentic Christian community. Asa first sensed a call to ministry while serving as a counselor at Kanakuk, a Christian youth summer camp. It was there, while sharing the Gospel, that he discovered discipleship to be a deeper purpose for his own relationship with Christ.

Asa graduated from SMU as a student leader in FOCUS, continuing in his calling to disciple others. He experienced firsthand the culture of SMU’s campus, giving him a deep understanding of the distractions and pressures that often draw students away from a relationship with Jesus. He is stepping into the apprenticeship with a continued heart for reaching students during college’s unique and formative years.

Your support helps Asa continue building a vibrant spiritual community at SMU where Christ is magnified, the lost are found, and lasting friendships are formed.
