2026-2027 Retreat Theme: Love Is Ingenious
In a world where families struggle and are divided, grief numbs and silences us, politics polarize us, technology confuses us, and faith itself can feel tired and uncertain, we need more than easy answers. We need the creative, courageous, crucified love of God, a love that enters suffering without fear, responds to wounds with mercy, and keeps imagining life where we see only dead ends.
This retreat invites us to rediscover the ingenuity of love in the struggles we face today - our relationships, losses, divisions, loneliness; within ourselves, our families, church and world. Rooted in the Passionist charism and the wisdom of St. Paul of the Cross, we will explore how God’s love never runs out of imagination and how we too, are called to become signs of that inventive, healing, life-giving love.
A retreat is a precious opportunity to renew faith, experience the loving presence of God and to seek the wisdom so necessary for peaceful daily living. Join our Passionist ministry team for a weekend of renewal and refreshment inspired by our Passionist charism. The Mission of the Passionists is to keep alive in the world the love of Jesus Crucified as seen in His Sacred Passion.
