The Capitol Prayer Team, through the Church Ambassador Network of PA Family Institute, has been engaging our state leaders since 2018. We are part of network that is now in twenty-one states serving our elected officials. This shepherd-to-shepherd ministry is only as strong as the pastors and church leaders that partner with us. We are so grateful to you, as a leader in the church, for choosing to serve on this team.
1 Timothy 2:1-4 sets the stage for this ministry:
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.What happens when God's leaders bring the truth of the Gospel into our state Capitol? If you have joined us previously, you know that the Holy Spirit opens so many doors of opportunity to bless our elected leaders. If you are signing up for the first time, please come with a heart to expect to see God move. Harrisburg can be a crazy place to say the least. Our presence brings the light of Christ and touches our leaders in a powerful way. We have seen the Lord move in the hearts of legislators on both sides of the aisle.

Capitol Prayer Team times are about four hours in length, including lunch together, which is on us! Upon signing up, you will receive an acknowledgement, and we will also be in touch with more details ahead of your time at the Capitol.
